Parameter for SW900 LCD display Setting

Parameter for SW900 LCD display Setting

P01: 0002 this is the brightness of setting

P02: 0000 is for km / 0001 is for miles. This is setting of metric and imperial. and you can switch it.

P03: is the setting for voltage, you can set it as 0048, 0024, 0036, 0060 or 0072, depends on your motor's voltage

P04: 0000. This is the setting of sleep time. 0 is without sleep, other numbers stand for the sleep time (1-60 min).

P05: 0001, this is the PAS grade setting

3 grades mode: 1 grade 2V, 2 grade 3V, 3 grade 4V

5 grades mode: 1 grade 2V, 2 grade 2.5V, 3 grade 3V, 4 grade 3.5V, 5 grade 4V

P06: 026.0  this is wheel size setting, if the wheel size is 26" wheel, set it as 026.0.

P07: 0046 this is the speed measuring magnet of the motor. normally the BLDC motor is 46 magnet, so set it as 0046. if your motor is not 46, please don't set it as 0046

P08: 0100 km/h. This is the setting of speed limit. 100km/h this is the Max speed setting, it does not mean the max speed can reach 100km/h. but this setting(0100km/h) means the highest speed range setting, you can set it lower too.

No-Communication Status (controlled by the meter): when the real speed is over the ones we set, the meter would shut off PWM output; when less than the speed we set, the meter would turn on PWM output automatically, the driving speed would be ±1km/h; (Speed limit is for PAS, not for Throttle)

Communication Status (controlled by the controller): The driving speed keeps same with the ones we set. Random error: ±1km/h. (Speed limit is for both PAS and Throttle)

Notes: These data are based on KM. When changing KM to Mile, the speed value on the screen would convert to correct Miles automatically, but if you do not change the setting of speed limit from KM to Mile, it would be different from the real speed limit in Mile.

P09: 0000  this is zero start and non-zero start setting. 0 is Zero Start, 1 is Non-zero Start

P10: 0002. This is the driving mode setting.

0 is driven by PAS. Throttle is useless at this time;

1 is driven by Throttle. PAS is useless at this time;

2 is driven by PAS & Throttle. Throttle is useless at Zero Start status.

P11: 0001 This is the sensitivity degree setting of PAS, The range is 1-24

P12: 0003 This is the starting strength setting for PAS, The range is 1-5

P13: 0008 This is the magnet type setting for PAS, if the PAS is 12 magnet, this set it as 0012, and if the PAS is 5 magnet, then set it as 0005, if the PAS is 8 magnet, then set it as 0008.

P14: 0012. This setting is for the current limit of controller. The original Current is 12A. Range:1-20A

P15: 042.0. this is the low-voltage setting. you don't need to do anything, because once you set the P03 value, the P15 will come out automatically.

P16: 0002. you don't need to do anything about it, this is the record of driving mileage of your bike.

My 1500w ebike is too fast at level 2PAS. Of course level 1 is no PAS and I never have to used levels 3,4 & 5. Can I reduce the power at level 2 ?

Hello
When pedaling on my 36 volt 22 inch electric bike, it does not exceed 15 km at the 5th level. 30 km with hand throttle
What do you suggest for the solution? thanks

Yeah, like Richie, mine goes to 22. I’ve been messing with it and have no idea what exactly it is doing what to where, but I [somewhat] know what combos make it run longer and more torque and top end. They may be all different, idk. So far, my 48v 8ah (maybe,paid for a 30ah, but is clearly NOT) running a 4 to 5 miles, OR, 3 miles carrying extra 200 lb load, OR about 2 mile distance at a steady 35-38 mph. Fastest I’ve had it was 47mph, but is dead at 1 mile or less.
