1. General Questions

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long is the delivery
Normally the delivery is from 3-15 business days. Different product's delivery is different. You can see how long you will receive the item on the product page and also the checkout page. And the delivery of some certain items for example the assembled stealth bomber ebike is longer because it is shipped by sea due to the heavy weight and bulky package, the delivery takes about 35-45 business days. 

2. Returns and Warranty

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with theebikemotorkit purchase for any reason, theebikemotorkit welcomes you to return new for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase and contact us before your return. For return details, please check our refund and warranty policy.

warranty

We have 1-year standard warranty for all batteries and motors(Including the batteries and motor in the Ebike). For controller, LCD or TFT display, it is 6-months warranty if you provide us the video to show the problems. The warranty does not cover the easy wore-out parts (for example throttle, brake lever, tire, cable, headlight, bicycle seat). For details, please check our refund and warranty policy.
Normally we always like to provide the technical service and advice after your purchase as long as you provide us videos to show the problems. So after your purchase, if there is some problem, don't be hestitated to contact us. we can always give you some advise.

Use our comprehensive Search box located in the upper right corner of our site to find the exact product you need, or browse through the collection under the catalogue colum. You can be as broad as "ebike kit", "ebike battery", "ebike" or as specific as "48V2000W electric bike kit."
How to select a perfect product
Don't know what ebike kit, battery or ebike you want to buy among the wide range of selection? First, do you have a budge? if you do, stay with a budge to select within the budge range. Second, know what's your reqest for an ebike, for example, the speed, power, and driving range;  3, if you have a bike and want to buy ebike kit to convert your bike to be electric bicycle. then you need to measure your bike's wheel size and dropout.

How do i know the ebike conversion kit can be installed on my bike or not
To check if your bike can be installed with our ebike kit or not, you need to measure two sizes: 1, the wheel size of your bike; 2, the dropout of your bike. with this two sizes to check the ebike kit can be installled on your bike or not. Product Information
After you have found the perfect product, you can read the features and specification on each product detail page. The information is located beneath the product details. All the available wheel size, power, and amperage are listed on the option column for you to choose.
Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Theebikemotorkit carries hundreds of SKUs for ebike kits, batteries and ebikes. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. You can check the stock availablitiy by selecting your location, for example, If you are in US, You can choose your location to be United States(it is on  the upper right corner box). And you can also send us emails to ask us the availabilities of certain SKU.

Account registration, sign in, password & linked accounts

Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot password?" link on the Sign In screen. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Changing Your Login Email Address or Password
You can change your account email address and password on the Account Information page. All your email subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
